Input Joinery Ltd. is a privately owned and managed business. It has been in existence since 1979 and operates from a modern industrial unit comprising office and workshop.

The company manufactures general joinery products for delivery to sites throughout the South and South East of England. Products include:-

Fully finished windows and doors.
Staircases and hardwood conservatories.
Purpose made joinery.

The company works predominantly for construction companies, building contractors, developers and the private sector on new-build and refurbishment contracts. There are close contacts with customers’ project managers to ensure regularity of work, but also to ensure that working relationships are developed for mutual benefit.

The company is committed to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction by working to understand and satisfy their expectations for product quality and service.

Specifically, the company’s quality objectives are:-

To respond to customers’ enquiries in a timely manner and to provide technical support to them to achieve a clear understanding of their requirements.
To manufacture products to agreed industry standards.

To respond promptly and positively to queries which occur after delivery.

The quality management system covers the manufacture and supply of general joinery products.

The Quality Management System is designed to comply with International Quality Standard ISO 9001:2008, including a commitment to the continuous improvement of the system. The ‘Quality Manager’ is responsible to the Managing Director for its operation throughout the company.
